Italian sausage, white wine, red bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, Italian spices, & egg noodles.

Prepare ingredients, dice red onion and bell pepper. Start a pot of boiling water for the egg noodles. Boil noodles according to the packaging. Put them in the boiling water about 10 minutes into making the sauce, the noodles don't take very long to cook.
In a large skillet with sides add a tablespoon of olive oil on medium heat. Next add in diced red onion and bell pepper. Sauté until softened and set aside. No need to wipe skillet.
While onions and peppers cook, remove the sausage from their casings.
Add the sausage to the skillet and cook until no longer pink. Add in garlic cooking a couple more minutes and white wine.
Add in tomatoes and spices. Simmer sauce and reduce down until sauce thickens to desired consistency.
Toss noodles with the sauce.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Sprinkle with some grated parmesan, serve and enjoy!
